To book either Tyndall or Lochside clubhouses or fields for an event, contact the Clubhouse Manager.
All Saanich Fusion meetings or functions are no charge, but must still be booked to avoid conflicts.

- Tyndall Clubhouse consists of exclusive use of the entire upper floor (does not include the small side room)
- Lochside Clubhouse consists of the upper floor (does not include storage areas)
- Meeting Room refers to the large room at Tyndall Clubhouse (minimum 2 hour rental). USE OF THE INTERNAL SOUND SYSTEM IS PERMITTED (NO DJ EQUIPMENT OR LIVE BANDS)
- We have tables and chairs to accommodate 40-75 people, depending on configuration. Larger functions may require the renter to provide their own additional seating.
Additional fees to add to the rental:
- $50.00 if you wish for the club to do the clean up, otherwise we expect that you will leave the room as you find it.
- $10.00 if you wish the club to haul the garbage away after your function.
- $300.00 Damage Deposit cheque ( this will not be cashed unless there is a need to do so)
