Saanich Fusion Youth Jamboree
(formerly the Gordon Head Soccer Association Jamboree)
April 27th to 29th, 2012
General Tournament Information:
- WHERE: Victoria, BC
- REGISTRATION DEADLINE: April 16, 2012
Divisions:
Boys and Girls, U11 – U18, Competitive and Recreational. This tournament is open to Metro-Selects League, VIPL, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and House teams.
- U11 Teams - Super 8
- U12-18 Teams - full field
- Two x 30 minute halves with a one five minute half-time. No extra/injury time will be added.
Selection:
Teams will be selected on a first-registered, first served basis. A team will not be considered entered until payment is received. Notification of acceptance will be emailed once registration form and entry fee have been received.

Eligibility:
All teams must be registered with their provincial or state association.
Format:
All teams will be scheduled for 4 games and teams will play in a round-robin format. Saanich Fusion FC reserves the right to combine or modify divisions.
Competitive pool Points System
- 3 points awarded for a win
- 1 point awarded for a tie
- In the event that a tiebreaker is required to determine placement: head-to-head results will be considered first, then goals for/against.
- A coin-toss will determine a winner where head-to-head results and goals for/against are equal.
Awards:
First and second place finishers in the Competitive Divisions will receive awards.
Entry Fee:
Payment can be made by credit card/Paypal or cheque. Cheques are payable to Gordon Head Soccer Jamboree

Discipline
All Referee decisions are final - No appeals will be entertained
Cards will apply
- Red card: Player awarded a red card will sit out, at a minimum, the next scheduled Jamboree game
- Two yellow cards awarded to the same player during the same game will sit out the next scheduled Jamboree game
- A Coach asked to leave the field by a Referee – sits out the next scheduled Jamboree game

Field Marshalls
There will be a Field Marshall (easily identified by their YELLOW tops with the words Field Marshall) at each site. These people will:
- be there to assist you with directions
- record and report the scores to Tournament Central (Tyndall Clubhouse)
- have a basic first aid kit on hand, etc.
