| All team members must be 19 years or older | |
| Maximum two Division 2 male players permitted per team | |
| At least 3 members of each gender must play out on the field at all times | |
| Shin pads required | |

| Tournament Format | 7-a-side (6 + keeper) |
| No off-sides | |
| 3 Round robin games plus 1 playoff game guaranteed | |
| Games will be played on 3 mini turf fields and 1 mini grass field | |
| Games will consist of two 25 minute halves | |
| Registration Info | Early Bird Registration Deadline – June 30, 2011: $300/team |
