FAQ

Can members purchase Saanich Fusion Teamwear locally?

The Saanich Fusion FC logo is owned by the club, and has not been released to anyone for reproduction. The Board of Directors has authorized Soccerworld use of our logo on club approved merchandise only. Expressed written consent is required from the Board of Directors of the club to reproduce the logo in any form.

Any questions about usage of the Saanich Fusion FC logo can be directed to Dianne Sawyer – Marketing and Communications Committee Chair.

How many hours do I need to volunteer?

Five hours per family are required to fulfill your volunteer requirement. You could have 10 kids playing for the club, your volunteer requirement would still be 5 hours.

What counts as volunteering?

Each team has 6 possible roles that exempt you from further volunteering: coach, assistant coach, team manager, team volunteer coordinator, female rep (for girls’ teams), and a (certified) first aid person.

If you don’t want to commit to one of these season long positions, you can do one of the following:

  • work at the clubhouse concession stand
  • be a linesperson for your child’s game (having attended a lining clinic)
  • volunteer for the Saanich Fusion Jamboree or other club tournament

What is Saanich Fusion FC?
