The times for the season start-up/assessment held at Tyndall Turf are:
• 8:45-9:45 am: Boys U7, Boys U8
• 10:00-11:00 am: Girls U7, Girls U8, Girls U9, Girls U10
• 11:00am – 12:00 pm Boys U9, Boy U10
Please ARRIVE 30 MINUTES EARLY to complete check-in so we can start on time. This is a busy event and parking is limited at the Club House; please consider walking, riding your bike or car pooling.
During the week of September 10th and 17th, player reviews will continue at regular practice time and location with a Saturday game. This is to ensure all teams are balanced. After the week of September 17th, players will be practicing and playing with their teams (minor shifts may occur)
All kids are required to attend the start-up of their age group/birth year, unless they are approved for playing in an older age group by the Technical Committee!
Kids should wear soccer cleats and shin guards, and wear their own shorts, socks and jersey. If you are looking for equipment, check out SFFC’s preferred vendor, Soccerworld. Once the season starts, players will be provided club jersey, shorts and socks.
Please ensure you get your registration fees and jersey deposits into the club. You can bring it on Saturday as there is a secure dropbox at the Tyndall clubhouse for cheque drop off. Please do not leave cash, and remember to write your child’s name/age group in the memo line.
